| Michael V. Callahan, M.D, DTMH, MSPH. is
a Command Physician with 14 years experience in international disaster
and mass-casualty response operations. Board-certified in internal
medicine, infectious disease and tropical medicine, Dr. Callahan
is the program leader for Biothreat Detection at the Center for
Integration of Medicine and Innovative Technology (CIMIT). He is
an international consultant on issues ranging from CBR threat vulnerability
levels, international executive safety, and infectious diseases
including influenza and tuberculosis. Dr. Callahan lectures organizations
and communities about medical and organizational disaster preparedness
and medical treatment in remote and extreme environments. He is
licensed to practice medicine in Massachusetts, Colorado and Washington.
