| Thierry Guedj, Ph.D., is a Licensed
Psychologist with more than 10 years experience providing clinical,
consulting and utilization management services to educational, non-profit
and business organizations. Dr. Guedj is the current Chair of Boston
University's Metropolitan College psychology department and works
as a Senior Consultant at BU’s Faculty & Staff assistance
office where he has developed multiple initiatives that promote
and enhance employee health and job satisfaction. Additionally,
Dr. Guedj regularly consults with academic and administrative departments
on organizational and training issues. He is member of the American
Psychological Association and the International Employee Assistance
Program Association. He is the recipient of the 2005-2006 of the
Susan Vogt Fellowship on Leadership Development for the Boston Consortium
for Higher Education. Dr. Guedj is a native speaker of French and
is fluent in English and conversant in Spanish.
