Charles Swearingen, MD, is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who has nineteen years of experience as an Executive Coach, senior team process consultant, and conflict resolution expert. His has provided organizational consultations in the fields of law, medicine, entertainment, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. These engagements have included studies of firm culture and morale, 360 evaluations, team building, and executive coaching. Dr. Swearingen was on the staff of the Levinson Institute for 10 years. With Dr. Schouten, he developed and teaches the Managing Workplace Conflict Course for the Massachusetts Medical Society.
